Returns

Unworn Shoes
You can return unworn shoes for either a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of purchase. The shoes must be undamaged and in the original box and proof of purchase is required.
Defective Merchandise
Any defects in workmanship or materials (excluding wear and tear) are warranted by the manufacturer, and will be exchanged at the managers discretion.

Clever Clogs offers free postage to customers in the UK. We regret that we are unable to bear the costs of return postage of unwanted or defective goods and need to make clear that the goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been safely delivered back to Clever Clogs. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage from the post office when returning any items.
